My two youngest kids have become very close in the last few months. Now that all their older siblings are in school all afternoon they only have each other to keep themselves entertained. They apparently take their duties as entertainers seriously, because the two of them are always mimicking each other and then laughing over how funny they are. This picture is a shot of them playing a typical game of “Monkey See, Monkey Do” during a recent trip to Costco.

I wanted a bright and fun layout, so I chose the lavender background and added some really bold wavy patterned paper. Not every layout needs a long block of journaling. In this case the picture really did speak a thousand words, so I created the large title on the bottom of the layout with bright stickers, and created a simple journal block with the black stickers on the top. A blue strip across the page repeats the phrase “I love you”, and the large green ric rac adds some fun texture to the layout. I finished the page with some bright flowers and photo turns attached with colorful brads.
