“The Work and The Glory III: A House Divided” will conclude the beloved LDS film trilogy.
“The ‘Glory’ fans can’t wait for this film. We get emails from them all the time. We are excited because the film really delivers. It has all of the spirituality of the first and all of the passion of the second,” said Randy Davis, head of film distribution for Excel Entertainment.
“The Work and The Glory” is the first LDS film trilogy to be completed. After the success of the novel series, Larry H. Miller felt compelled to produce the series in film. The novel series has nine total volumes, but the film trilogy will likely end at book three.
Gerald Lund, acclaimed author of the best-selling “The Work and The Glory” books is very pleased at how his novels have been transformed into three wonderful films.
“I feel the screenwriters were faithful to the story and to the characters. I am very pleased with how well they did, I am deeply grateful to see three films produced,” said Lund.
The inspiring final chapter “The Work and The Glory III: A House Divided” will open February 2 in Nevada theatres and is rated PG.
