When the Reber family acquired the Junction, Utah, Courthouse, they had no intention of renting it out. But they soon realized that there was a need for a large, fun family gathering place. The Courthouse is a peaceful setting with room enough for everyone, not a single stoplight and the kids are safe to go exploring. You can even rent quads and ride them on the ATV trails right from the front yard.

The fishing is unbelievable and there are many lakes to choose from. The kids can ride the quads to the lake to fish, or just jump in and enjoy the water. Barbeques and late night talks around the fire roasting marshmallows are pretty much a daily
occurrence. And the stars are spectacular!

The Courthouse served as the Piute County Courthouse from 1903 until 1997. It is on Hwy. 89 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. It has been meticulously restored and has 7 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, and a large kitchen, as well as a great room for indoor entertainment and the ultimate slumber party for all the cousins. It even has a library!

The Courthouse is surrounded by huge trees and an expansive lawn which is perfect for family volleyball competitions or just lazing around in the shade, enjoying the beautiful weather.
