On November 1st, Tai-Pan Trading opened its doors to shoppers of Southern Utah and Nevada in anticipation of the holiday season. With stores already open to the public in Salt Lake City and Clearfield, Utah, the St. George superstore solidifies Tai-Pan’s position as the leader in wholesale home décor.
Spread over 90,000 sq. feet, the Costco-size store displays home accessories for every style and occasion. Perhaps best known for its elaborate Christmas furnishings, Tai-Pan creates the ambiance of a wintery fairytale during the holiday season. Illuminating and brilliant, the displays of art, fully decorated Christmas trees, and wall accessories inspire shoppers in actualizing creative designs for their homes and special occasions.
With over 5000 distinctive items at any given time, from candles to furniture, Tai-Pan truly has something for everyone. “This is a one stop shop for home décor,” says Aaron Diamond, the store’s manager. “It is like Disneyland for women.”
Tai-Pan is not only a superstore, it is an experience, and one that cannot be duplicated anywhere else. Nick Stewart, founder and CEO of Tai-Pan Trading has been in business for over 27 years, and his success is manifested in his ability to consistently offer an ample volume of unique accessories at wholesale prices.
Stewart plans to open another mega-store in Las Vegas early Fall 2008. Until then, St. George is close by, and is well worth the drive. See Tai-Pan’s ad on page 1.
