Family Friendly Outings At Springs Preserve

Business Spotlight

Las Vegas has never had an attraction like the Springs Preserve. Located five miles from the Las Vegas Strip, the 180-acre Las Vegas Springs Preserve offers something for everyone and includes museums, a gourmet dining establishment created by Wolfgang Puck, interactive exhibits, botanical gardens and walking trails.

Aside from being the original location settlers used to access water in Las Vegas, this ecological marvel entertains people of all ages and teaches conservation and sustainable living through exciting and unique features. Visit the live animal exhibits, engineer your own desert home in the Design Lab, play in the arcade with green-themed video games and leave your mark forever within the preserve by taking a complimentary picture and hanging it on the sustainability pledge tree.

During the month of March, the Springs Preserve is hosting a variety of family friendly activities including a special celebration for families and children of all ages in honor of Nevada Reading Week, Cirque Du Soleil’s 7th annual 5k run and 1 mile fun walk on the beautiful Springs Preserve trails, and a unique lecture looking back at Historic Fremont Street.
