Author and Illustrator Judy Cooley studied at Weber State University as well as privately with many notable art professionals. She lives at the foot of the Rocky Mountains with her husband, Erik, and their four children. Like any other mother, her day is full of laundry and dishes, yard work and soccer games, and so she paints in the early hours of the morning or whenever she has a quiet moment alone.
