If you haven’t listened to Jay Young’s expressive baritone voice, you should. Some are calling him gospel’s most exciting new artist. The idea for his album, One More Stone, evolved from a perennial gift wish from his father to record favorite songs on a cassette tape. A gift that was once meant for a father is now available to all music enthusiasts.
Young, a Partner with Marquis & Aurbach, a Las Vegas law firm, and bishop to the Durango Ward, has always loved music. He first learned whether his future wife played the piano before he would ask her on a date. As fate would have it, she is an excellent pianist.
As a featured soloist for the Grammy Award-winning Saints Unified Voices choir, Young enjoys sharing his talents through its truly unique worldwide mission. Now, making his own music available on One More Stone, is the fulfillment of a life-long dream.
