What’s new for Desert Saints Magazine for 2009? Well, lots, if you’ll help us.
Will you?
While Desert Saints Magazine has been blessed with the talents of many excellent writers over the years, with new ones sending articles all the time, it is easy to fill our pages with articles to Inform, Uplift and Entertain our readers. While we are happy to do so, the fact remains that the primary purpose of the magazine is to be local as well. That means we need to know what’s going on with the Southern Nevada and Southern Utah saints, so we can share it with others.
We plan to add more announcements- wedding announcements, senior missionary calls, and obituaries. We need you to let us know about these things. Please visit our website, www.DesertSaintsMagazine.com, for more details. In a transient town, it is easy to lose track of people. Stay in touch with the major life events of old friends through Desert Saints.
We would also like to add missionary experiences and conversion stories. If you want to share but feel shy, please send your stories in and we can print them anonymously. And don’t worry about perfection, that’s why I’m the editor. I can polish them up. But we want to hear your inspiring, faith promoting, testimony-building stories. Send a maximum of 700 words to Editor@DesertSaintsMagazine.com. If it would be appropriate to include a picture, attach it to the email.
We look forward to hearing from you!
