This month, as Desert Saints Magazine celebrates love and marriage, I feel the need to remember the real definition of love.
True love is from God. It is the way in which He loves His children. It is the pure love of Jesus Christ, which we can both access and share with the world as we become more like Him.

True love is ennobling and uplifting and life-giving. It dispels doubts and fears and provides safety. What a gift. What a blessing that we can participate in and enjoy this gift from our Father.

Love among people, when kept within the bounds set by the Lord, begets happy homes and families, peaceful communities, and
Zion-like gatherings of saints. We need more of it!

May the Lord bless you in your life as you seek Him and discover
His unquenchable springs of perfect love.
