On Monday April 27th, AAA Home Rescuers, LLC. Testified at the Senate hearing for the committee of Commerce and Labor. The hearing was on a new bill, A.B. 152 regarding loan modification and foreclosure consultants. There are many scams going on, and those in difficult circumstances are being victimized. AAA Home Rescuers created and presented amendments to increase consumer protection, which were accepted and written into the bill.
